Problem Statement
Managing patient flow efficiently is a challenge for doctors, leading to overcrowding, unpredictable wait times, and workflow inefficiencies. Vyzo’s mobile app helps streamline live time-based appointments, but a comprehensive dashboard was needed to give doctors a larger, more structured view of their clinic operations.
